Paragon Services, Inc. was founded in 1998 with an emphasis on providing industry leading consulting services in the eCommerce arena. At this time there were very few companies that actually viewed the internet as a valuable tool for deploying customer facing solutions. At a time when most of our competitors viewed deploying large-scale eCommerce solutions on the internet as a very risky proposition we had already developed and deployed our first large-scale systems.
In many of today's top companies, all too often IT departments appear to be focused on coming up with reasons why their company cannot do business in new and innovative ways. Paragon Services was founded upon the strong belief that any technology based company or department should be primarily focused on breaking existing paradigms, and on developing new and creative ways of doing business.
In the years following the birth of the focus on eCommerce, Paragon Services shifted its focus towards working on embedded systems for mobile computing, working both on hardware and operating system designs for mobile computing with a primary focus on embedded Linux platforms. We have extensive experience working with all mainstream mobile computing platforms.
Always having an eye on the future, and a constant desire to be a part of the next big thing, we have now focused much of what we do on developing innovative solutions for the iPhone, and iPod touch.
